What it Measures

This KPI reports the total number of unit vacancies, as well as the total number of all unit statuses per AMP and development.

When to Use it and Why

It is recommended to run this KPI daily or weekly so you can properly update your waiting list information and house applicants into your vacant, available units quickly and efficiently. For the Vacancy History KPI views, a monthly or quarterly review is helpful in determining vacancy trends across your AMPs and developments.

Current Refresh Frequency

Real-time: Vacancy counts are updated in HIP constantly, so the most up-to-date information is always displayed.

Historical Archive Frequency

Weekly: Vacancy counts are created, or archived, at the end of each week. Use the historical view to compare each week.
